Our departments

The  office of the deputy principal is an integral arm in the school system. Major functions of the office include ;

1. Preparing school timetable
2. Preparing duty roster
3. Developing, updating and enforcing school rules and regulations
4. Inducting students on school rules and regulations
5. Developing, updating and enforcing school routine
6. Overseeing election of student council body and inducting them on their roles
7. Coordination of school TPAD programmes

8.Managing discipline of the students

Discipline is the cornerstone of success. Discipline is the pillar of any academic institution.  Chepkong’ony secondary school student body has good discipline and this is attributed to the effective school disciplinary system which supports school vision:  STUDENTS TO BE EQUIPPED WITH RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND A POSITIVE ATTITUDE TO EXPLORE THE WORLD AND RESPOND TO IT APPROPRIATELY.

Students from different backgrounds with different values are molded into achieving expected and useful behaviors. This has been realized through a committed and effective Guidance and Counseling Department.

My passion is to continuously improve results and mould all round, useful Kenyan citizens. Good discipline and hard work.
