This is in line with our school vision that states that “students to be equipped with relevant knowledge, skills and positive attitude to explore the world and respond to it appropriately”. While the school Motto is :Excellence is our commitment and school Mission is :to Provide Quality Education that enables the students to be Better Citizens.

A.C.K Chepkong’ony secondary school is located in Kaptumo , Nandi south sub-county,Nandi county.Moving back to the background information of our school, I wish to inform you that the school was started in the year 1997 by the community .The school started as Day Mixed Secondary School. They surrendered Seven (7) acres from Chepkongony Primary School. With one main objective of providing affordable  education to their children.

The school started with a population of nine (9) students with one TSC teacher Mr. Joash Chirchir (Founding principal of the school). The first group did their KCSE in the year 2000 and their number had increased to twenty (20) students. In 2000 (ACK) Diocese of Eldoret took over the school as the sponsor.

Currently the school is registered as five streams Mixed Day and Boarding with a population of seven  hundred and fifty  students (750) but has a capacity of 900 students. We have fifteen (15) TSC Teachers and twenty (20) B.O.M teachers. We are proud to have young, energetic and committed team of teachers and support from twenty two (22) essential staff with school chaplain.
