Our departments

The academic department mainly deals with planning and coordinating academic programmes  in the school. It is linked to all departments in the school for easier and quick running academic programmes.

The office mainly ensures the following:

1.Curriculum implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

2.Syllabus coverage

3.Lesson teaching and attendance by teachers

4.Monitoring of individual student performance and providing academic guidance.

5.Supervise setting, administration, marking and processing of examination results.

6.Organizing academic clinics and trips

Our core objective is to ensure that we add value to students academic life such that as they graduate after four years they can fit well in the society in line with our mission statement (To provide quality education that enables students to be better citizens).

The office programmes are quite demanding and challenging since it requires that one should be present throughout the week and sometimes one works even at odd hours of the morning and evening.

The subjects offered in our school include : Mathematics, English, Kiswahili,Biology, Chemistry,Physics, Geography, History,CRE, Agriculture, Business studies and Computer studies

Our exam policy : Structure three (3) exams per term, namely ;OPENER EXAM, MID-TERM EXAM and  END TERM EXAM. The exam is fully revised before the next.

Remedial teaching for slow learners to enable timely syllabus coverage.

In the office one must be able to interact with everybody in the school including essential staff to work as a team so as to produce better results year after year.

The academic department is run by a committee consisting ; Director of studies, Asisstant director of studies,ICT coordinator and  form coordinators. The current team members  are:
